Live Monitor shows no timecode

Hey guys,

I'm using screen monkey here in a theatre for presentation of video clips.
My configuration:
Lenovo Yoga with Win 10 64bit
Resolution on both screens: Full HD
.NET installed
K-Lite installed

Everything works fine, only the timecode in Live Monitor isnt working.
It shows 00:00:00 all the time in Video Layer view.
Play/Pause buttons and volume slider are working.

Has anyone an idea how to fix that?
