Playback issue for Video

Hi,

I'm new to Screen Monkey, and mainly a Mac user.

I am running Screen Monkey via a touch screen, all in one desktop. I am able to run 'images / picture' and project them fine. But when I add footage, the icon is there but there is a error with the clip 'A clip failed to initialise while trying to play. This could indicate a fault with the media or the clip type'. I have tried converting the file to various formats inc. AVI / MPEG / MP4 / WMV, I have tried different codecs on AVI (DivX & Xvid) - all have the same issue?

Is there any advice?
